1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using enclave.talk (the “Site”) or related company services linked from the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of Enclave Sign, Enclave Verify, Enclave Auth, and other product applications is also governed by the terms on those product sites. In the event of a conflict, the product-specific terms control for that product.
2. Description of Service
Enclave Technologies Inc. (“Enclave,” “we,” “us”) provides the Site as the corporate home for our post-quantum security products, company information, pricing, documentation links, and related resources.
The Site may link to live products including Enclave Sign (document signing), Enclave Verify (identity verification), and Enclave Auth (authentication APIs). Features, availability, and pricing for those products are described on their respective sites and may change over time.
3. Enclave Account
Some Site features use Enclave Account for sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or poses a security risk.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise Site security
- Scrape or automate access in a way that impairs the Site
- Impersonate Enclave or misrepresent your affiliation
- Transmit malware, spam, or fraudulent content
5. Intellectual Property
Enclave names, logos, branding, and Site content are owned by Enclave Technologies Inc. Open-source cryptographic components are licensed separately under their published licenses (including AGPL v3 where applicable).
You may link to public pages on the Site. You may not use Enclave trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Information on the Site is for general reference and does not constitute legal, compliance, or security advice for your organization.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enclave Technologies Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where prohibited by law.
9. Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any feature at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
