Executive Orders 14412 and 14413 - signed June 22, 2026 - require federal agencies and contractors to migrate to post-quantum cryptography on dated deadlines, with cryptographic bill-of-materials tracking. Enclave is built on NIST Category 5 algorithms (ML-KEM-1024, ML-DSA-87) from the ground up - not retrofitted onto legacy systems.
