Enclave Technologies Inc. (“Enclave,” “we,” “us”) operates enclave.talk, the corporate website for our post-quantum security products and company information (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, Enclave Account sign-in, and company marketing subscriptions.

Enclave Sign, Enclave Verify, Enclave Auth, and other product sites maintain their own privacy policies for product-specific data handling. When you use those services, their policies apply in addition to this one where relevant.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the Site for behavioral advertising or third-party ad tracking.

Through the Site and related company services, we may collect:

• Account information: When you sign in through Enclave Account, we receive session identifiers and basic profile metadata (such as email, display name, or username) needed to show your signed-in state on the Site.
• Marketing subscriptions: If you subscribe to company updates, we collect your email address and subscription preferences.
• Support and contact requests: Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us for enterprise, government, or general inquiries.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser type, request logs, and similar metadata used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.

Each Enclave product processes data according to its own zero-knowledge or API-oriented architecture. Please review the applicable policy when you use a product:

We use information collected through the Site to:

• Operate and improve the Site and company communications
• Authenticate sessions through Enclave Account
• Send marketing updates you have opted into
• Respond to inquiries and support requests
• Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations when required by valid process

We use essential cookies and local storage for Enclave Account session management when you sign in on the Site. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on enclave.talk.

Product sites may set additional cookies required to operate their applications. Those are governed by the relevant product privacy policy.

We use a limited set of service providers, including:

• Supabase: Authentication and account infrastructure for Enclave Account.
• Loops: Email delivery for company marketing subscriptions you opt into.
• Vercel: Site hosting and edge delivery.

These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and may not use it for unrelated purposes.

Marketing subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Account session data follows Enclave Account retention practices. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operations, then deleted or aggregated.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing communications.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@enclave.talk. We will respond within 30 days where required by law.

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
